		<description>I&#039;d already decided that I was actually Sephardic and not Ashkenazi so I could eat rice during Passover. Now you&#039;ve given me one more reason. Next year I&#039;m going to revive an old tradition- eating *during* the seder, not after it- and serving Sephardic style matzoh as well.</description>

I actually make quite a delicious chocolate torte for passover using sweet potato to give it a cheesecake type consistency.  I found it on Epicurious last year and it its been a huge hit at the seder two years in a row.</description>
